Title: SMOKING C9 CAT

Taking deliverey of a new coach with a 400hp C9 Cat.
It seems to smoke, especially under acceleration. Is this normal or do I need a software upgrade...............? thanks,

I have a 2005 C9 and have not experienced this problem.

Drove it home, this afternoon, and everything was OK.

No it should not smoke. It should be nice. If you preheat before starting and only idle till air is up, it should run clean.
Will run cooler after first 1000 miles. Maybe smoke will decline after it gets some run time & computer gets some experience.
