John:
I occasionally experience the same symptoms with my Total Coach System but have never progressed to the point where the inverter requires a hard reset. My system seems to remain at the point of only the TCS red LED showing a steady on. To correct my problem I use the house battery disconnect switch and everything comes back to normal and will remain that way for periods of hours to several weeks.
Do you by chance have a DataStorm in use? CC thought my DS might be emitting enough stray RF to cause problems with the Total Coach System.
Please post or email me with your final solution when you get it. Thanks.

Hi Alan;
No, we don't have a DataStorm...
CC initially thought the coach might have flat telephone wire between the SilverLeaf Interface box and the Inverter, but I have the round cable (either Cat3 or Cat5). They thought it might be fluorescent light interference to the cable, but we only have fluorescents in the closet and their use did not coincide with the inverter/charger shutdown. So now they are thinking the Interface box may be bad or the software in it. At our first service, we discussed the very fast reaction to low voltage (when not on shore power, using the microwave started the genset!). We changed the auto-start settings and have more-or-less solved that one. CC said Silverleaf was re-writing the software to delay low voltage actions. So, the current thought is maybe a low voltage spike is causing the problem. Anyway, they have sent a new interface box, it arrived yesterday and we will put it in today.
I'll let you know...
