Can some please explain the term - Level Three Coach Care Center - Does it mean the center is qualified to do all manner of service and repairs to our CC? Thanks

That's what it is supposed to mean. Level three is supposed to be attained because they supposedly have techs trained by the factory for all the systems. Of course, you need to ask them to make sure.
I have had some bad experiences with the Cummins facility here in Jacksonville, FL. They started out being list as a level 3. When I complained of the lack of trained techs on some chasis work I had done and went bad 300 mile down the road, they were then bumped back to level 2. I talked to the program manager that was at the Tampa Super Show and he confirmed the problems there and that Jacksonville was not the only Cummins place that had to be bumped back. There were several others. Sounds like a good plan and program if it is managed correctly.
