My wife and I are taking devivery of our new 32' Intege in the end of Oct. We don't have a garage big enough to store it in and no room to build one, so I'm thinking of using a cover. Do some of you use them? Do they scratch the paint, cause condinsation, make the coach stuffy smelling? How hard are they to put on and take off? Would I be better of leaving the coach uncovered?
By the way we live in the So. San Francisco Bay area.
Thanks
Rich & Carol

We have used a cover on our 27' gas rig for the past two years - whenever it was going to sit, unused, for more than 2 weeks. We live in Portland, OR so it does rain. We have noticed no condensation on the inside, a much cleaner and sun protected outside, and no more dust in the coach when we take the cover off to get ready for a trip. Ours is the fanciest ADCO that $CW$ carries. To install it, I carry it up a ladder (not the one on the coach) while still rolled up and throw it on the roof. Then I climb up on top of the coach to roll it out, etc. Don't forget to put your antennas down and close your roof vents.
The biggest problem with the cover is that our model has the snaps on the under-coach straps on the driver's side which makes it more difficult to unhook when you want to get into the coach without taking the cover off to get something. You can get covers with a zipper door which would solve that problem.
We will be getting a cover for our newly acquired diesel soon. I'm going to look for one that's easier to get into.
