To All
Can someone direct me to a chat room or message board that deals with high end class a motorhomes. I would like to discuss differences/ similarities between manufactures like Monaco, Country Coach and such.
Thanks

OK, here's my Cliff Notes of Country Coach versus Monaco:
For about the same money,
the Monaco will have:
Much nicer interior design
Many more features
Excellent support from the manufacturer
the Country Coach will have:
Better build quality
Better "fit and finish"
Excellent support from the manufacturer
This assumes that you are comparing the Intrigue/Dynasty models and up.
Some of the lower Monaco models are just Holiday Ramblers with a Monaco badge.
It's hard to go wrong with either of those coaches. I bought a CC because I wanted a 36' coach and the Intrigue had another foot of wheelbase compared to the 36' Dynasty, which made it more stable on the road.
Good luck in your deliberations.

Thanks so much for your response. That is just the sort of input I was looking for. I am trying to talk to as many folks that own or have owned coaches from these or comparable manufactures so I can make an informed decision on which to purchase. This message board is very educational but unfortunately there is no board like it for Monaco.
Thanks again for your time.

Welcome Monaco Coach Owners. Pull up a Log and join our virtual Campfire. We are here to share ideas, thoughts, Monaco RVing experiences, both technical and social, with your new and present Monaco Family friends. Owners of all Monaco coach models are welcome.
Enjoy and have Fun.
This site was set up exclusively for present Monaco Coach Owners...Thank You.
Just go to the yahoo version for "Monaco Coach Owners Assoc." It is more active than the CC owners for some unknown reason.

And they won't let you join unless you OWN a Monaco (what about Holiday Rambler, Safari, Beaver, Harney?)!

there is a site on yahoo for monaco which has about 5 or 6 times the volume of post as the cc site but they require that you already be an owner of a monaco product. Since my father n law owns a monaco I have been to the site many times and it is very informative

TLC,
you want to join "Diesel-RVs@yahoogroups.com (Diesel-RVs@yahoogroups.com)" where you find owners of different brands of diesel powered motorhomes, truck tractors (to pull large 5th wheels) and bus conversions. If you need help with comparisons, you should get plenty of information from that group as several Monaco and CC owners are members. This is a very busy group. Just post your question and keep your e-mailbox open. ;-) Regards,
Jeff
