The plastic cover on the HWH control faceplate has several holes punched in it by switches. Very uncomfortable to operate. Can't find any replacement part for this on the HWH site. I hope they don't expect us to replace the entire switch assembly because of this piece of plastic. Anyone had to replace/repair this yet?

After trying a whole bunch of searches, found a message posted that HWH has a replacement plastic cover for $8 or so. Will be calling them on Monday.

Search engine here pretty weak.

Nope - just the cover! It's on the web site but hard to find. Call HWH and tell them you have a CC and need a new cover - costs under $10 as I recall and is a snap to install. There phone support people are very helpful.

I had the same problem because I need to lift the coach to enter my driveway. After a new HWH faceplate I reinforced the button with dime attached over it.
