Has anyone had the HWH hose recall done ???
Apparantly a hose to one rear slide cyl was routed in such a manner as to get hot (engine heat) and possibly fail.
We asked about it last month at Lazy Days but did not get much info and could not have it done then. Just wondered how it went and what was involved.

John,

We had our slide hose recall done at Lazy Days in March. They did it at the same time as the overheating refit. It is not a recall just a Warranty bulliten. The kit comes with just fittings to relocate the hoses out of the engine area but one of our hoses was blistered so they had to get a hose from CC, which took 2 days. When we went to the CC rally in Moultrie I asked one of the tecks to check the work that was done at LD and he said they did it right. I also know of an 05 owner that had a hose failure from the heat, so this is important to do. It does not take long if you don't need a hose. We had 8k on our coach when the hose was changed.
