My 2001 Allure has developed paint bubbles on the door. This follows paint bubbles on the metal strips around both slides - fixed in the summer of 2004 at CC expense. CC is now indicating the door paint bubbles will be my problem. Anyone else with this problem and how has CC responded?

Consider yourself very fortunate that they fixed the electrolysis problems on your slideout frames, they wouldn't fix mine but they did fix the door. Just depends on who you get to address the problem. They have no set policy but try to drive you nuts getting them to do the right thing. This elecrolysis problem has been addressed here dozens of times with varying reports of CC reactions to each individual case, basically it appears to depend on your negotiating skills so you might be able to get them to do the door if you offer the right person at CC a bottle of his favorite booze or just happen to get them on the right day of the month...who knows what drives their decision on fixing their engineering problems.

That person no longer deals with customers at the center for CC homeless.

Yes, I had the same problem with my 2000 Allure. They replaced my door after it bubbled twice. The second door now has been painted 3 time and still bubbles. I have given up on getting the problem corredted. CC won't fix it anymore. I used my extended warranty to fix it the last time.
