We are going to be leaving Palm Springs for the northwest soon, and need to get the coach serviced. (Xmission, engine, generator, etc.) Just wondering if the factory would be the best place to have this done or is there a better suggestion. We will be stopping by the factory for some minor adjustments on the body.

Ray,
I have had mine done at the factory before with good results. If you have a tough time getting in this busy time of year, these are good alternatives in the area:
Pacific Detroit Allison, Coburg 541-225-2020 Carrier & Sons, Eugene 541-461-1673 Guaranty RV Center, Junction City 800-379-5332

Thanks Glen,
I noted the alternatives. Should be able to get the work done at one of the places.

Ray, if you wanted to get serviced while in CA, I highly recommend Colton Truck Terminal in Colton. They are reasonable in the pricing and they will service the coach while you wait.

Ray, there have been times when the factory didn't have time to do service work after they performed other items for me. They have recommended I have regular service done in Coburg, Or. at Cummins Coach Care. #866-236-2167 Coburg is only a few miles from CC. They have hookups for your convenience. I've used them many times & have been pleased & as the factory said, they are a little less money.

I will concur with the recommendation of Colton Garage and Truck Terminal in Colton Ca. ( near San Bernardino abouit 1 hour West of PS ). They have service packages for annual RV maintenance at reasonable rates. We use them for repair and service for our pre-owned and trade-in units.
