This property was(is being) developed by Bob Lee of CC fame. Looks interesting on their website, with "casitas" and all. Anybody know what these waterfront lots and "casitas" are selling for? Anybody know of any other "great" resorts of this type in CA. or Arizona with waterfront lots for sale?
