Why was that one deleted? What was full text of message?

I deleted my own post ... I thought it was a little too negative. I don't want this forum to degenerate into a whining fest.
It was maybe a little too 'smart ass'.

John,
The slide cylinder isn't much, had it done several months ago at LD. That new bulletin isn't much either, only one half an hour, just adding a fuse which LDs should have in stock. At least CCI tells you about the problems and fixs them. Most RV companies don't tell you when things happen. Remember 5 years ago when it took several deaths before American coach realized that they had a weight problem from slides and tires.

Thanks Bill ..
Actually, after having the coach for two days, LD never got to it, missing part. We had to have the coach back so had to get it, and we doing the slide cyl retro ourselves. We have several very sharp ex mechanics working for us, and we assured them we could handle it. They are shipping us the kit. Step by step instructions and they went over the proceedure with me.
Looking forward to seeing what is inside the slide mechanism.
Five or six 'service bulletins'in six months just kind of set me off, especially when you throw LD service in the mix. I'm over it now.
CC is ok ... I'm just a little disappointed. LD service is mostly ok, just way too busy.
