Stan, it's probably something as simple as re-programming. I've had this happen when all battery power was shut off. If I remember correctly, you hold the menu button down for a few seconds and you will get a screen showing what is on and what is off.

Should be a removable panel in the back closet or on the back bulkhead just inside where the camera is mounted. Barrie Boas 94 Concept 5111

We don't have a rear closet, back bulkhead is covered by mirror which we have taken off and the only thing underneath the mirror is an upholstered wall. Is it possible we have to cut a hole in that wall?

My rear bulkhead is upholstered also but there is a panel about 10 inches square screwed into the bulkhead when removed exposes the rear view camera. I had to replace the camera and used this entry. Maybe someone with the same year coach can help. Sorry! Barrie Boas 94 Concept 5111

Do you have an island bed with overhead cabinets on the rear bulkhead? On my '98 Allure, the access panel is in the back of the center cabinet.

Remove the louvered air intake grill over the bed, you will then see an access panel for the camera on the back wall by the rear condenser.
