Does anyone know where the water pressure regulator is located? I know that there is one built into the coach, but I cannot find it. Any ideas?
Has anyone had a problem with their regulator?
Thanks in advance

Ours is located near the house water pump.
No problem.

Thanks Dick
Can you see it near the water pump? I thought it should be in the city water line, but I'm not sure.

To see ours, I'd remove the access panel, exposing the water pump and the three low point drain petcocks. The regulator is forward of the water pump (towards the front of the motorhome). You may have to get down on your knees, or lower, to see it.
Yours may be different than ours, of course.

It should be the first thing in line after the city water inlet. If it is s like mine it is a Watts household pressure regulator.

I thought there was a regulator on the coach when hooked to city water source? At least that is what I was told by the dealer for my Inspire 330 2005.

We've never had a problem with our regulator but if you think you are having water pressure issues with city water, check the screen on the city water inlet. Twice in the last year we've stopped at campgrounds where there was crud in the water and it clogged the screen. Both times they were working on the water system and let some dirt get into the pipes. If the water regulator is clogged, they can be cleaned.
We used the same regulator as input to our fifth wheel, its a pretty reliable unit.

Bob,
You may want to consider and external filter, and you will have no problem with dirt in city water. They are available at any hardware store--we got the kind that filters out larger particles, since we have the built-in filter for the microscopic contaminants.
