Has anyone had a problem with their air after cooler cracking? We have

a 2000 Magna, an we just had it verified that we have a large crack.
It seems are extended warrenty will not cover this. We are wondering if this is a problem that other people have had and how it was resolved.

If you are talking about the Charge Air Cooler, I had to have it replaced... I understand it was because of bad welds that cracked. It is expensive and takes a long time... get some techs at CC who are experienced with this or call Cummins Coach care and see if any are experienced there... Or a good truck shop that is recommended... Get estimates. Be prepared for a shock.

Just one of those fun experiences and expenses, owning a motorhome.

This one is a sore spot with me... an expensive sore spot...
