Kinda sorry I opened up this Pandora's Box when I made the initial post about giving props to various vendors (HWH, Remco and Zip Dee). My purpose in that post was not to slam the CC Service Dept nor anyone else - it was to give advice on alternatives when such advice might benefit someone in the group. Guess I'm a fool - but I thought that was the purpose of this group - to educate, converse and help one another. Silly me!
Personally, I have consistently had better service from Country Coach than from any other service facility (with the possible exception of Carrier's - who I understand have now had significant changes in their staff too) but when I needed a "consult" to get a better results, I went to the specialists - and that is what the post is about. I'm a doc. Consulting works fine; dealing with patients or trying to get our coaches up to snuff.
Read the post for what it is. Please. Then chill and relax into the lifestyle that drove you to purchase this wonderful machine in the first place.

How silly.

When the time comes that I feel I can't get useful information and advise from fellow CC owners, I will opt out of the forum.
Memos like this response make me feel like I have reached that time.
Come on Gentlemen. Let's stick to the purpose of this forum and exchange useful ideas and solutions, not petty bickering.

Re: [Country-Coach-Owners] Re: Kudos to HWH, Zip Dee and R Tom Cullen,

You are out of line, offensive, and generally lacking in writing skills. Take it somewhere else.
