Our water problems are solved. Gone is varying water temperature in shower & water falling from shower head. Flushing commode while shower is in use is not a major thrill. The kitchen sink sprayer is more useful.
I installed a 5.7 G/M variable water pump in addition to the original
2.3 G/M pump. The original CC water filter was moved to top left of
water bay panel & about 16 feet of tubing discarded. The new pump is connected directly to tank with an added T & connected to water filter inlet with another added T. New pump is on bay floor, against tank, near left side. A switch allows operation of both pumps or original pump only.
While parked, we often leave pumps on to have better water flow than park provides. When we find an automatic tank filler, that is a later project.
Water flow could be better if we switched to high flow filters. We have two 2 G/M filters mounted in water bay, one before water inlet to coach, another after all valves, pumps & tank.
Have no clue why both pumps share one power lead & fuse without trouble. The added switch allows operation of original pump only with valves for freeze proofing coach water system.
Quest fittings were use for all new connections.
The gas water heater can still handle two showers without using all hot water!
Long explanation, I know, but we are quite happy with result.
