I have two 18" Velvac mirrors on my 2003 Magna with severe scratches on each from "friendly" side-swipes. Anyone know where I could get just the chrome shells so I could re-build my current mirrors?

Thanks

Michael,

There is a store (junk shop) in Eugene, Or that sells left over and damaged goods from the Rv manufacturers in the area. You would probably find somethere and they are usually cheap. it is quite a junk shop but I don't know the name. Ask someone at CCI, we once won a $100 credit from this place at a CCI rally.

I just replaced a Velvac mirror on my 2001 Magna that was torn off by a semi in a truck stop parking lot. The 'new' mirror took over 2 months to receive after ordering as they are apparently very custom to the coach - and the cost was $693! I tried to find parts to fix the 'old' mirror with no luck, but I did not try the parts place that was mentioned on the other post today near JC Oregon. Velvac would not speak with me directly, only through CC or a bodyshop.
