We have had our 2004 Allure for about one year. We have noticed that over the last few weeks the plated wheel caps on one side are turning very yellow. Lazy Days and Country Coach personnel tells us that this is due to the heat.

Have any of you experienced this? Is this normal?
Our concern is that if this is cause by heat, what is going on with the other parts of the wheels such as the bearings, etc.? Why is it only going on on one side and not the other. (Lazy Days says it's happening on both sides but worse on one side.) If this is a problem, we want to get it dealt with because our one-year warranty is now up.
Sounds strange to us. What do you think and what is your experience?

I have not had this experience as our coach is so new but I think you should contact CCI now before the warranty is up to get it logged. that way if there is something serious that they cannot diagnose now you can at least point to your logged call about the issue.
