I, too, had a failure of the sway bar bushing while in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory in June. Of course I couldn't just order the failed part, but had to order the kit (2 bushing assemblies and the associated tie rods). I think it was shipped by dog sled, particularly slow when there is no snow and it has to go through Canadian Customs.
Since this bushing and the forward ride height valve failed within two weeks after the warranty expired, I submitted the claim along with the failed (and defective) parts to CC just before the Class Reunion in September. So far it has not been denied, or approved for that matter. I plan to check with CC next week.

Hey Chuck,
Glad to see you made it home safely. We got back about four weeks ago. Great trip with only minor problems.
