We are going to the Daytona 500 in Feb. 2006. Can anyone recommend a good RV Park in the Daytona Beach area?

About 35 miles south is The Great Outdoors Resort. We almost bought there, very nice place.

Only consider this if you want a really cool spot to hang out for awhile, and can justify the drive to Daytona Beach. Most likely some nice places closer.

Try www.willowlakes.com. It is 45 miles south of Daytona close to I- 95. It is 10 miles north of The Great Outdoors RV Resort mentioned earlier. I have two lots and am going to rent one out, preferably seasonal

Why not Lake Lloyd - in the infield at the track? A total immersion into racing for all of speedweeks? Two weeks of vrooom vroooom and other race fans! I plan to be there in 2007. >

Have a great time!
