Good Day All ... We just got our "New To Us" 1999 Magna from Buddy Gregg in Lewisville, TX. We brought it home on November 30, plugged in to 50 Amp service and all seemed to be well. I turned the water pump off and the hydronic heat has kept the coach toasty during our cold weather. Yesterday, I turned the water pump back on and got nothing.
The 12 volt master switch in the Passenger side overhead is on. The switch is the engine service bay is on as well. Other 12 volt items seem to be working just fine. The batteries show 12.5 volts. I found the wire numbers from the breaker to the switch and the switch to the pump in the manual but have not been able to locate them in the electrical panel in the lower bay on the drivers side in front of the front wheel. The water pump is located far behind other items so I can't reach it to see if it is getting power. Does anyone have any thoughts about a next step? Thanks.

I would start by seeing if I had 12 volts to & from both water pump switches. If you don't have 12 volt at either of the switches then work backward to the power source. If you do have 12 volts at both switches then I'm afraid the next step would be to check voltage to the pump. If no power at the pump work backward to the switch. If 12 volts at pump & good connections I would look at the pump.

Once you have done your voltage checks that Steve suggested, there is another place to check.
You should have a removable panel in your center bay. In that bay is your inverter and a bunch of items you should familiarize yourself with. You may find what you are looking for there.

Craig, these ideas are the right way to go.
But just as a thought....
If it's as cold where you are as it is here, and the plumbing bay heater or the thermostat for the plumbing bay isn't working correctly, then the pump or water may have just frozen up..

Thanks so much for the responses. We have looked for but not found a second water pump switch. I assume to check the power to the switch in the front overhead panel, I remove the panel to get to the back of the switch.
I have seen but not been into the panel in the center bay. I'll check that today as well.
I was also concerned about freezing. I hooked up to outside water source and got good flow at all locations so I assumed that was not the problem.
Now, I also see that using the front overhead switches no longer show levels in grey, black, propane and house battery condition. I'll be checking the house batteries themselves today. The chassis batery did show 12 volts.
Keep those cards and letters coming ... This novice has a lot to learn .. :)

If you get into that center bay electrical panel, I am sure(almost) you will find a blown fuse or fuses on the left side wall. Especially, if you have other items not working on your overhead panel.
As a rule, the panel ahead of the driver on the left side is chassis related, and the panel in the center bay is house related for AC and DC components.
Look on the underside of cabinets in the toilet area for a second pump switch.
