On my 2000 Intrigue, for some reason the fuel gauge reads way past full today, in fact the needle is against the case of the gauge. Seems like it lost the ground all of a sudden? Wires are attached at the gauge, and at the tank sender connection as well. Anybody else had this malady??

thanx, Jim 10996

Jim,

I had the same problem, it was the sender unit which is mounted on top of the fuel tank....the sender is inside of the fuel tank.
Access to remove it is at top of tank and it isn't hard to replace.
I called CC up and they sent me a new unit, I installed it in less than an hour. RV dealer told me he would charge me about three hours labor to do it....

Thanx for the reply's, direct, and here. I am going to order a new sender today, hopefully they have made improvements, so this malady won't repeat itself.
