Does anyone know where the Silverleaf PM-002 is installed in the 42' 2005 Intrigue LE Ovation? I spoke to a technician at Silverleaf (Cory) and he did now know. He called Country Coach and spoke to Dale Raymond who told him that the PM-002 was installed in the "hallway"(?)behind a panel. There isn't much of a "hallway" in this floorplan and the only panel is the one accessing the plumbing behind the shower. I have been in that plumbing access area before and there isn't any Silverleaf "black box" there. But I looked again and confirmed that the PM-002 is not there. So......does anyone know where it is installed?

Brian,
Looked around on ours and can't find it. When you locate it send e-mail.

Brian and Joe,
With all of the access panels in the basement area, have you looked behind these doors. Just a thought as it might be another place to look,
Good Luck,

Country Coach phone technician tells me that the PM-002 is located behind the center of the dash just to the passenger side of the panel that contains the compass, HWH control pad, etc. I took the top of the dashboard above the steering wheel off but could not see that far over. When I asked again about access, the technician said it was difficult and best left to a technician. So, I guess at this point I'm dead in the water.

Brian,
The tech's told me that the compass brain was located behind the dash. We took that all apart, did not find it. Finally located that behind the stereo cabinet. It was mounted upside down.

Joe,
Had that exact same experience with my coach. Factory techs told Carrier & Sons it was behind the dash and Carrier finally found it behind the stereo cabinet.

By stereo cabinet, do you mean the front cabinet with the CD player and slide switches? Joe, if you ever need to find the relay board for the keyless entry, it is located up under the passenger side dash and is accessibel (although with great difficulty) by removing the "glove compartment". When our door wire broke it blew the fuse on the relay board so when the Beaudry tech fixed the wire it didn't fix the door locks. The CC tech that works at Beaudry figured this out.

Brian,
You could purchase a tone generator from your local electrical supply center. Disconnect all power to your unit, (coach). From tone generator, attach one lead to ground, other lead to any wire you can find on the device, (tone generator) will send a signal down the wire you will be able to track it with the receiver. That is what we had to do in-order to solve several wiring problems. Good luck!!
