Anyone have any experience using Tumisomo tire on their coach? Seems Toyo no longer produces the M111Z that was on my coach and Goodyear has a backlog of orders for tires in the G670 series. Tumisomo tires seem to be available, but only review I can find are for their high performance tires used on some cars. I am running on borrowed time with 6 year old tires.

Jim, where are you having them replaced? We have the same tires that need replacing...we're planning on doing it in JC in January so am eager to hear anything you find out re: replacements. We've had good luck with our Toyos and are disappointed we can't get the same tires.

Jan Reed and Jim Hughes -

Not sure if Toyo has dropped their MH tires in the last couple of months or not but we purchased 6 Toyo tires from Les Schwab on October 19, 2005. On our invoice, the Product Code is 08725166, Product Description is 12R-22.5/16 M111Z Radial Highway Tubeless. Cost was $385.51 each.
Maybe a call to Les Schwab in Junction City would give you a little more information. Their number is 541 998-3319.
We were in the same boat as you two - 6 year old tires and more of a safety issue than anything else.

Jan,

While the Toyo M111Z are no longer made, they are available in some locations. However, they are going to be old production stock. I did find a few here in Jacksonville, but their production dates were a year or more old. Not too concerned about that as much as a few years from now in needed to replace one of them and having to mix sizes and brands.
