The interstate highway condition is good, but debris from refuse haulers & builders may be on road or fall in your path.
You may find propane & restaurant food scarce in MS due to lack of housing for employees. Fuel prices are better now. Plan to run from Mobile to Slidell without purchases.
If you visit beaches in MS, be prepared to see ruined lives, businesses, houses. Some are still living in tents for lack of FEMA trailers.
Houses 20 feet above sea level were ruined in some places. Seems the USA would ignore MS to rebuild New Orleans below sea level.
