We have a 2006 Allure that was purchased August 12. Although I use a soft plastic sheet for all cutting (purchased at Camping World) there are multiple scratches visible when light catches these surfaces.
After four months they shouldn't look like this. These scratches are not deep, one cannot find them with a fingernail but they make the counter tops look very used! Does anyone have this problem and and solution? I have tried Hope Polish (recommended by someone at rally) but it didn't do a thing for the scratches.

You can use an automotive buffing compound with an electric buffer and do the whole top. This will get rid of the scratches. If you do it yourself be careful not to use to much compound at a high speed, it will tend to fly onto the floor..... cover your furnature to be safe.
