We've been having an intermittent problem with our floor heat thermostat GFCI tripping. We sometimes would go weeks without the problem and sometimes it was frequent. We started watching for when it would reset and have discovered an interesting scenario. Twice we have been able to watch the GFCI trip by having the floor in heating mode (the floor actually pulling amps) and starting the washer/dryer.
The first time we didn't notice what else was running in the coach, the second time the front Hydro-Hot heat exchangers were running. The floor GFCI trips as soon as you push the washer start button as if it was controlled by the washer start button. We're going to do some more tests to see if we can isolate it more (like checking line voltage in the coach when the GFCI trips.) It appears that a voltage drop is causing the reset. Floor works fine otherwise.
