Could anyone tell me if they know of a good place to take a Country Coach that is under warranty for maintenance on the Generator, oil change, etc. We are in the Tri-City area (Northeast Tennessee) and are willing to travel someplace, preferrably on a Saturday and have to do it in the next two weeks. We have looked at some Coach Care facilities but all of them are 6-8 hours away from here and only one is open on Saturday to our knowledge. If we can't find one open and able to take us this saturday, we can go to one on the way to Quartzsite, Arizona next weekend. If you don't know of a coachcare center location that might be avilable, then a good truck stop or garage that can do the work would be okay also. Thanks, AG

Have you thought about stopping at Buddy Gregg in Knoxville on the way to quartzstite? They have a nice little campground behind the shop.

If you can't get your work done before you hit Arizona, try giving Desert West in Phoenix a call. They seem to be highly regarded and I believe they are one of the Coach Care facilites.
How long will you be in Quarzsite? Are you going to the RV show? We hope to be there sometime during that show.

I would go to Buddy Gregg's. In my opinion they are the best are recognized by Country Coach as such.

Buddy Gregg may be a good bet, but getting an appointment is difficult. Last year, just about this time, I called to try to get an appointment and the earliest I could get was 2 months down the road.
With help from CC techs, I was able to get the work done at Tom Raper RV in Richmond, IN. The problem was with Power Gear stuff and Tom Raper does warranty work for Power Gear, not necessarily for CC.
Good Luck! ;-)
