Unfortunately they couldn't fix ours. :(
Does anyone have any comments on Coventry RV in Wildwood, FL or the National RV service place in Lakeland? We are near Jacksonville, FL and need to find somewhere to take it for the repairs. One of the techs at the rally suggested the National RV place and the service dept in Junction City suggested Coventry. The #1 problem is the radiant heat in the floor doesn't work. There is power to the thermostat so they said the next place to look is under the ledge in the bathroom. The one tech said that would mean breaking the seal and possibly ripping the wallpaper which is why they said they couldn't check there at the rally.

I am not sure that Buddy Gregg still has a service center in Lakeland, Fl. but at one time Tim Reed, a former CC field rep at Lazy Days worked there. He is a terrific guy to work with and knows Country Coach Products. I do not have the Lakeland Buddy Gregg phone number, but you might want to check and see if Tim is still there.
He could probably help to solve your problem.

BG in Lakeland is closed. I heard Tim went to BG in Dallas, but I can't swear to it. He worked on my coach a couple times, and did a great job. He knows his CC product well.

I am sorry, I just check in once in a while and just caught up on the posts. I just had some service done at Ken Robertson's in Lakeland Florida. The techs are the most experienced that left with Ken to start his own place when Buddy Gregg closed a few years ago. I think Ken was BG's Service Manager. Several of the older techs(and their father) go way back with BG when he first got started in the business in Arkansas. Their facility is not fancy. They have a good operation, but they are not cheap. $99.00 an hour. They pay their techs well.
But you can stay with the coach and see everything they do. Good people. I was very pleased. Phone 863-984-8911. They are also Authorized CC service folks, but politics does not allow for them to be recommended since they are close to Lazy Days.
Anyone needing service in hte Southeast should keep their name and number handy.

Thanks Rosemary. I have an appt for Monday.
On another note, I went to Cummins here in Jacksonville because I was using so much coolant. I was hoping for it to be something simple but unfortunately they say I need a new radiator. I never saw any coolant leaking underneath. Apparently it's only under pressure. We're waiting for the new one to arrive.

Make sure when you order the new radiator that you talk to John Bickle at CC tech. When they replace the original radiators, the new ones are set up TO BE USED WITH RUBBER MOUNTS!!! which are supplied.

Cummins just called to say the radiator had arrived. Do you mean that the rubber mounts would have come with it and I need to make sure that Cummins uses them or that I need to make sure that they were sent with the radiator because otherwise they won't have them when they need them or something else? :)
Thanks.
