Title: Coach armor/Murphy's law

In getting my coach ready to sell I need to remove the FMCA goosegg from the coach armor where it is attached with two-sided tape. I lost one of these which fell off during transit somewhere, but per Murphy's law, the one on there now won't even pull off, hard as I might tug. I'm afraid to hit it for fear of breaking the coach armor. Anyone out there have a suggested solution?
