My husband and I own a newer model Country Coach and we visit this website very infrequently as we are both retired and we travel a lot.
We do visit the website, when we keep having mechanical breakdowns and problems as we are looking for answers. Isn't this why were posting our messages?
The problems and issues brought up by this guy and his Country Coach hit home for us, as we have experiences engine overheating & numerous radiators windshield poping out issues and only 1 pair or set of shocks, not to bore you with the others.
I told my husband that I would like to post a message on this site. He insisted that I should respond, however under my maiden name, so that I would NOT JEOPARDIZE our name or red flag our coach at the service centers. Apparenty SOMEONE has decided to ban my response to others, as I am entitled to my opinion and I should have the same rights to respond to anyones posted message. I am the owner of our Country Coach too as I make the payment every month. My husband is 100% behind my written response.
Well put by one member Joe! "We must all watch what we say." I am quit appalled in which my opinion and our issues we simply "Banned." I HAVE NOT VIOLATED the terms of this site and I resent being banned.
What you are doing in CENSORSHIP AND it's is wrong. I am STILL A Country Coach owner and my husband and I are trying very hard to get all the kinks out of our coach as WE ALL ARE.
I agree that we do not need to BASH Country Coach, however, we do have the responsibility to bring issues to the table so that we can all benefit from others experiences. This site is suppose to be for ALL.
WE as Country coach owners must address issues so that Country Coach will listen to our requests and IMPROVE their production and quality controls.
What I wrote yesterday, has been bothering me for a few weeks, and YES, that is why you saw my name as a NEW MEMBER, when in fact my husband and I have been on this site for well over 1-year now. I probably have met some of you at the rallys or repair facilities.
I FEEL THAT MY POSTED MESSAGE was proper for all that I had read.I know that other Country Coach owners (for our year & Model) are experiencing the same issues. So lets share our information and get the issues resolved as we have a large investment on wheels.
I have read all the posted messages regarding the person with the Beadbus and his problems with his motorcoach.I, too, have a motorcoach, I'm a full timer, that has had major problems and have wasted countless days at the factory and other authorized Country Coach facilities as all of you have done. The purpose of this site is to INFORM others of the inability of Country Coach to perform a FINAL INSPECTION AND QUALITY CONTROL BEFORE allowing the owner to leave the factory. It seems that in this Beadbus instance, the owner took delivery of his specially ordered coach, and was allowed to drive off knowing that the coach was NOT in working order. This apparently had NOTHING to do with his beads or the weight ON the coach, but had everything to do with the lack of quality control and final inspection.I know this because this is EXACTLY what happened to me and I no more drove off the factory lot when my problems just begun.I fortunately did not experience 150 days in and out of service, but I have had aluminum radiator problems, shocks, electrical, water leaks and windshield problems.
I have been up at the factory and have seen this "Beadbus" for myself.
The poor guy is just trying to make a living, and if you had the chance to see the inside of the bus, it is a beautifully appointed ALLURE, and if the handmade drawers were not open,a person WOULD NOT even know that this bus wasn't just a traveling motorcoach just like everyone else's. I had the opportunity to speak to the owner since we both had so much down time at the factory, and he seemed to be very willing to work out the issues with Country Coach. It's too bad that he has had to take it this far, what an embarrassment for Country Coach not to back their product and help out a customer in order to fully resolve the issues.
I have also seen you, Candace, selling your magnetic jewelry and schmoozing with the employees. You even have a brochure on the counter tops, and you too sell from your coach. This guy is not looking for sympathy, he simply wants out of this non-functioning coach and into onethat is mechanically reliable. I would think that he would contact the Country Coach Dealer from where it was purchased and seek their help to resolve the issues BEFORE it got to this point. We, as owners, should BACK each other so to insure the finest QUALITY CONTROL regarding our coaches so that this doesn't happen in the future.I don't think any one of us likes to spend DAYS at the factory waiting for our coaches to be repaired for the same reoccurring issues and new ones.I for one am tired of it and would like the factory for once to simply stand by their product and live up to their slogan of the "World's Finest Motorcoach." Who are we to judge this man and his personal issues, none of us are experts or first hand knowledge, it is all heresay. Enough is Enough! Suzanne Nash
