Our washer/dryer died 3 days after the warranty expired last week.I called Splendide in OR and they recommended a repairman in a nearby town. The serviceman was efficient, friendly and knowledgable and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. After the diagnosis I called Splendide again and they agreed to pay for the necessary parts, but no labor costs.I appreciated their cooperation and help. It is good to know that a company will stand behind their product and provide assistance and support.
