Hello Group
Any recomendations on RV parks in the Santa Barbara, Ventura area. Public or private dosen't matter.
We will be there the last week of March.
Thanks Darold

We've stayed at the Ventura Beach RV Resort. It would be ok since your rig is shorter and you should be able to get into the sites easier than the longer rigs. There are trees planted right at the corner of the sites and the roads a bit narrow which made it harder to get into a spot. We had a 40' coach and had to be very careful getting in. Getting out was easy. This place is a bit pricey, and worse in the summer since that is their peak season. Nothing fancy, but an ok park.
Also if you like to boondock, park along the beach at Rincon Parkway (in Ventura). It is beautiful there. It isn't free, but a beautiful spot.

Hi Darold,
One that most long term coach owners use is Flying Flags in Buellton on hiway 101 north and west of Santa Barbara. There has been one informal tech rally held there. Could be done again if enough folks are interested before or during the Santa Barbara pre rally.
