My dash A/C isn't cold (again). Last time it was the fittings on the compressor. Now I seem to have something of a pink color dripping ever so little from the dash A/C drain hose. Anyone know what color the refrigerant is that they use in the dash A/C?

Hi, sounds like coolant from your heater core. Does steam or smoke come from your A/C vents when you first turn it on? Dale

Bob, has anyone ever put dye in the freon to look for leaks? That would be another thought. Dale

After doing more online research I'm guessing it might be comnpressor oil. It appears the system is charged with 134a refrigerant and PAG (Polyalkylene glycol) compressor oil to lubricate the compressor, etc. I'll call CC on Monday. Thanks for the responses.
