Title: RT1 Universal Remote froze up-HELP

My RT1 universal remote has froze up and will not allow me to do anything. It remains lit up but will not allow any changes. Any suggestions? Thanks

If it has a small hole labeled 'Reset', push in with something thin like an unbent paperclip and hold until the lights go out or 10 seconds. If this does not work, or you don't have a reset button, take the batteries out and let it sit a while before putting them back in.
