The owners probably feel they can get a better return on their money selling Houses and Condos, verses renting to RVs each winter. As the summer months are probably low cash flow periods. Som enjoy it while you can. I bet Bob Lee still has openings at Desert Shores off of Avenue 48 next to the canal. An acquaintance says some folks are even trying to sell their Desert Shores property..
