We received an ad from Cosco for a Garmin Nuvi navigation system.
Does anyone know how it conpairs with other systems?

Odd that you should ask Wall Street Journal just had a write up on the Nuvi, and it was very favorable. Tom Tom, Nuvi, and Garmins 2300 I think it was are all the top rate units others just had programing glitches etc. I have the article e-mail me and we will figure out how to get it to you, fax, scan etc.
I getting the Nuvi, Best Buy has it now for 699.00, price started at 900.00
Thank you,

Jim, is the unit you're looking at for $699 a 310 0r a 360. The one at Costco is a 350 (warehouse version of a 360), is $799 and comes witha $150 warehouse card. Just thought I would pass on the info, The Hollicks 05 Affinity 6370

The 360, and thanks, I like the fact that I can carry unit from pocket to Pocket or most importantly from my Hummer H 3 to my car, or to my pocket while on a hike. I have not bought yet as I have been in the Marine business for about 20 years, and they will cut the price again if there are not getting the volume, or are getting ready for another upgrade. Tom Tom is the unit that I have not history on, I will get article copies scan and try sending. I am not a strong computer geek, if you have a fax that will be easy way for me.

Maybe I missed it, but I haven't seen any discussion on the "readability" of this unit . . . old age vision and all, it appears rather small. Wouldn't the 7200 designed for RV's & trucks be better . . . haven't got either one, but ready to purchase and want to make sure I can read it while driving . .

Hi All:
The Garmin Nuvi 360 is NEW product scheduled for general release in June/July 06. It is a follow on product to the 350 and offers Bluetooth wireless technology which allows the 360 to be used for hands free telephone calls with compatible Bluetooth phones.
Generally, the reviews and user experiences with the 350 have been very good to outstanding. The 360 should be even more popular. I have the 360 on order and expect to get one as they are released.
I just recieved a Garmin StreetPilot 7500 (large screen) and will be installing it in the Magna. My other Garmin products include a GPSMap 76CSx for GPS mapping and two Rhino 530s for tracking/communications/security.
Generally good products, accessories and support.
For all the Nuvi info see: http://www.garmin.com/products/nuvi/. (http://www.garmin.com/products/nuvi/.)
The best prices (by far) I have found are at: http://gpsnow.com/. (http://gpsnow.com/.) Good reviews and resources too.
