Our door works fine with the keys, but the remote will only lock it. When you try to unlock, you just hear a click. Seems like the cellnoid doesn't have enough power to unlock the mechanism. I've tried the door cracked open with the pins still touching and it only locks, same deal. I've cleaned the pins. Any ideas.
