Just a note, I was at CC last summer for repair, and repaint. My slide failed, and it opened while going down the highway. Not all the way but about 10 inches bedroom slide only. HWH finally gave me the corrective actions. I would advise all to carry at least two spare valves and the small wrench to bleed the lines.
To avoid issues check fluid levels. Call HWH for the "open position" of your CC yr and style. Either Kitchen slide in and bedroom our or some version depending on your unit.

There appears to be no lock to prevent the unit from moving out.

Spivey64, pls give us your coach number. My 03 Allure was also at the factory for electrolysis repair and repaint last fall, and I've had no problems with the slides. There was a re-call by HWH the first year I had my Allure and they replaced all the hydraulic hoses. Was this done on yours, and, if not, is there any connection with your recent problem?

30895 is my coach number I think same as serial number correct? My hydraulic hoses have not been replaced to the best of my knowledge. It is the valves the open and close that failed.
As far as the electrolysis issue that is a very long story, and one that seems as though it will carry on until I fix the last issues myself. I was extremely disappointed in CC, and that group is among the best.
I see you are selling your unit, mind if I ask why? Given my issues I still think the Allure is one of CC's best products.
