On the last day of the Fort Benning rally (neat to be on this base...and final dinner at Officer's Club at this point in our nation history)....CC CEO Don Faults announced they are dropping the Prevost conversion business. I know how disappointed you are since we have so many CC Prevost owners coming to this site! Apparently the Prevost business is down drastically overall converters and CC would need to sell 30 just to break even. But sales seemed to be good....rumor was they sold 19 units at the rally and they sold an additional 11 the first day of FMCA.

We are planning on attending the CCI reunion in July in Eugene Oregon this year. This being our first Rally I had a question about tow vehicles. Is a tow vehicle a hindrance at these events? My feeling is not to take one, as I believe the parking is very limited. Any insight for first timers attending these rallies is appreciated.

There is no problem with taking your car.
You will probably find time on your own that will be enhanced by having the independence of your own transportation.

I agree. There is usually enough space to park by your rig. If not, the parking lot is just a short walk.

This is a great place to learn about rallies. I would like to see more country coach clubs post rally information.

Second this post, we really enjoy rallies, have belonged to CCI for many years, and plan on joining the new group. It is vital that we remain strong as a group, for the needs of our coaches as they age. It's much easier to get needed specialized repairs and information with 100 or more of us in the same place.

Thank you Herb, having rally information for all clubs posted on this forum saves a great deal of extra reading for those of us interested in attending.
