Maybe the third attempt at sending this will be a charm! Sorry for the last two.

Hope I'm not too late...... I've had my Allure door apart so know the inner workings.

I think (this is the only step I'm unsure of)you can get your inner screen door off by unscrewing the screws in the holes on the forward edge. That will allow access to the door panel from inside the coach.
DO NOT CUT the panel... simply pop the decorative buttons off, exposing the screws holding the fabric panel on the door. Unscrew those screws. Lift the panel off. This exposes all the lock and latch mechanisms. You should be able to see your problem then.

Specifically, the bolt lock (top lock) on the door works fine. The > bolt lock works fine either manually or with the keyless entry fob.

I can't figure out why the last three attempts to send this failed with only part of the response getting through. So, here is my fourth effort.

Joe:

I checked your suggestion regarding the removal of the screen door from the inside. I don't believe that is possible because each screen door hinge has 4 screws of which only two are accessible from the inside. The other two are under the black rubber seal which is behind the screen door jam (frame) itself. The manual also shows this to be the case in the illustration on the left side of the centerfold (the pages aren't numbered, but it looks like it would be page 12).
The only other possibilities would be to notch out or drill access holes in the screen door jam (frame) where the hinges are, or remove the two hidden screws and just use the two remaining screws.
