If you have a Norcold Refrigerator this is something you need to do in order to keep up your warranty. Norcold requires that you have the required maintenace. (Owner's expense) Performed at an authorizaed Norcold Service Center one time during the 2nd year of ownership before the 3rd year starts. Note that Norcold has a 2 year warranty and the 3rd year is only for parts only, so other word if you don't have this service perfromed and you are in your 3rd year of warranty and have a problem with your refrigerator. They will not cover the parts or labor.
Everyone that has a five year warranty (MBA / DFS / Western General, Ect) these companys will only cover the labor not the part while under the 3rd year warranty if there is a failure.
you can contact Norcold direct for a copy of the form which has to be filled out upon completing the refrigerator service and mailed in along with a copy of the paid receipt.
