I don't know about anyone else, but I always figured Camp Country Coach was either for folks having service work done or picking up a new coach. If everyone started using it as a free campground where are we supposed to park when having service done? John and Merilee Flynn

That is the truth, John. If everyone passing thru stopped (or tried to stop) on 6th Street it would always be full. Consequently, CC has a new policy that the sites are now assigned for new coach deliveries and to coaches scheduled for service. The receptionist on 6th is not in charge of assigning sites any more. It is done thru service according to has appointments that day, week etc. Larry Sherwood is not in charge of assigning sites either.
Only Kari in service does it. The parking got so out of hand that they had to change policy is the way we understand it. A lot of people were coming in days before their scheduled service date and then the ones scheduled had no where to park.

When we were at the rally in Eugene last month the president said they had closed the deal on more acreage, so I bet getting more parking spaces for service will be in the works. When we were at CC mid April, it was packed and people were talking about some day having a better place when waiting for service or picking up a new coach.

There's a sign at CC now that says you have to have a reservation for their sites and IF AVAILABLE they will let you stay on a site for $20 (if I recall) a night if you are not having servicing done. You have to be assigned a site.

my understanding of the cc parking was that if you stayed beyound your completed maintance day there would be a 20.00 charge i think they want you out as soon a completed becouse they are short of spaces and always have sombody waiting
