I have been lurking (what a terrible word to use) on this site and saw somebody selling minutes to talk over the internet. Many of you may know this, but free software like 'ineen' permit you to use your computer to talk on the internet connection. It has limitations, but I have been on it and the sound quality is good, and often better than the cell phone.
If you are interested, I will share setup, etc.

P.S. 'ineen' also supports video, great to talk and see the grandkids.
It is better than some of the other options. It is especially nice if you would like to talk/see people in other countries.
