I'm surprised foreigners haven't discovered the RV park business. For several years they were buying up small motels. It got so bad, many of the native American owned motels put "American Owned and Operated" on their outdoor signs to try to attract customers. I wouldn't want either one, but it looks like the labor overhead would be cut drastically for a RV park. Maybe the foreigners haven't discovered the RV park business yet, or maybe they found out it is a tough business?
