Soon after purchasing our 2002 Allure, we discovered HWH hydraulic fluid leaking on the carpet. After several attempts to fix, HWH sent a team to BG in Knoxville and replaced all the fittings. CC then replaced the carpet and upholstered the couch where fluid had wicked up from the floor.
Today I was in the propane bay and discovered fresh fluid on the propane tank, aparently coming from the hydraulic lines above the tank. I went around to the first drivers side bay where the reservoir is to check fluid level and discovered a pool of fluid on the floor of the bay. Found droplets of fluid on ends of fittings and fluid level at the add mark. Not clear yet whether fluid is leaking from lines under couch, but we suspect that it may be.
Our understanding was that this was a near 100% failure in the fittings originally installed on coaches manufactured in this range.
Has anyone else who had the original problem experienced a re- occurance. If so what was the response of HWH and/or CC?
Thanks

We had our hoses replaced at the HWH factory (Moscow, IA) two years ago. No leaks since then.
I'd contact HWH and discuss the issue with them.
