Re:message 5. We thought the service at the Newmar factory was exellent but you had to make an appointment months in advance (they might make an exception for an emergency). They take your coach into the factory at 0600 (6:00am). What they don`t offer is any kind of call in system for technical advise from the factory or from the chassie manufacturer (Spartin). I have found that the techs at CC to be very helpful and relatively easy to reach.
Some of the Newmar dealers are small and some only worke on 5th Wheels. The local (central Florida) dealer, while not large, was usually responsive and knowledgeable.
