Can anyone tell me what causes delamination on a coach? I have seen two in the past week that have had this problem. Is it caused by water leaks, tweaking, or what? Is it common in all coaches, or just older models? Is it a difficult repair and how expensive of a repair? Is it preventable or inevitable in all coaches? Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

All I know is from asking questions from certain CC key personnel, Chief engineer, now in charge of RD, Head of engineering, One of the heads of chassis assembly, former head of one of the assembly plants. It seems the EPA came down on CC for using adhesives with toxic fumes used in assembly. They therefore complied and the new adhesive didn't perform. Therefore, there are 03 and 04 coaches with this problem. If you look around Intrigue rooms and Magna/Affinity room were completely redesigned for 05. I think the initial change was made on Allures when they started using the electric slide outs instead of HWH as an option TWI 11731 2004.
