We're still experiencing problems with our Inspire overheating and other problems that make it inoperable/unsafe.
Out of the blue we received a call from an out of state Cat repair shop that worked on our coach 3 months ago, one that has been uncooperative in providing any written repair documentation. They wanted our address to send this information, then never asked for it.
Although we've called Cat Tech support a few times while experiencing problems on the road, the repair shop manager asked me during this conversation if I spoke with the Caterpillar RV Hotline, specifically.

I called the hotline number provided in the Cat manual, is there another hotline number not listed in the manual that is specific for RV's?

Thanks for the number, that's the one I had also. I was also told that Tony Kapusta is the person to contact at that number. Anyone know who he is?

Tony is the CAT rep that shows up at all the CCI rallies and helps us thru our problems. He is also at FMCA rallies and some CAT Club events. He has solved all my problems.
