The following is the name of a company that will makes custom tire covers for our coaches. Six covers with a carry bag cost about $600. they are made of heavy black vinyl with a clear plastic center to show the wheel. Easy to put on when the coach is up on the air bags and they do not require a cord behind the tire. We have never used a cord tie down but there are hooks on the covers for tie downs if you want to use them. The company is RV Sunshades - 877-422-5679

I want to get tire covers to protect the tires from the sun. What is available besides the regular ugly ones in Camping World? Camper's choice has the same style in black, which would be much better than the white, but there still has to be something that looks nicer.

There is a man who makes them custom for each coach. He also makes windshield sunshades.
His name is Gordon Brown.... 877-422-5679.
The set he made for me were black with clear plastic circular centers (so you could see the aluminum wheels). They go on easily and work well. Unfortunately they were not cheap, can't remember specific price.
But he will make them for you and ship anywhere. He is normally in Tiger Run RV Park -Breckenridge, Colorado in the summer and Pelican Lake - Naples, FL in the winter.

Good luck whatever you decide to do.

We have custom made tire covers that fit our tires and stay on without any type of connectors. They are heavy black vinyl with a clear plastic centers to show off your wheels. They come with a carry bag, but they are not cheap.
A set of six cost $600.

They were custom made by a guy who winters at Pelican Lake in Naples, Florida. We had them made when we were at the campground. If you are interested let me know and I will look up the number.

Funny you should ask. I just found a great deal through JC Whitney today. They offered a 15% discount through the end of the month via adn email discount code and free shipping with purchases over $75 but the web site would not take both discounts so I call them directly and explained that the web site would not take off the shipping cost of $20 and they said that is correct because only one discount at a time so I said your web site does not say that and I would go elsewhere and the customer service person said wait and gave me the deal. I ordered 3 Black 42" x 45" ultra tyre gards (six tire covers) made by ADCO and paid $107 out the door. Sweat! These are the heavy duty covers with bungy cords that Camperworld sells (for more).
